The newest member of the Azimut Grande range of luxury yachts from 95’-120’ the 95RPH has a newly designed hull, new topsides, and some innovative and surprising solutions.
The first Azimut Grande 95RPH was launched on April 15. Designer Stefano Righini introduced theRaised Pilot House, which gives the model its RPH designation and highlights the importance of separating the pilot house from the main deck. This setup gives the owner and guests not only maximum space, but also allows them to entertain in utmost privacy.
The wheelhouse is well integrated with the distinct and sporty Azimut lines and creates a base for a flybridge that gives over 60m2 of space. This is plenty of room to fit the wet bar, Jacuzzi, and a plush dinette for 10.
The raised pilot house also allows the yacht room for four cabins on the lower deck with an owner’s stateroom on the main deck, giving her spacious accommodations for 10 guests. Every cabin has a private bath and the owner’s suite is especially roomy with unparalleled views of the sea. The floor to ceiling picture windows in the saloon give a liberating sense of space.
Luxurious and elegant interior are by Studio Salvagni Archtetti who have already proven themselves with the Azimut 80, 84, and 88.
A pivoting platform aft gives access to a garage with room to house a 4+ metre jet tender. The engine room houses twin MTU 16v2000 M84 engines enable max speeds of 26.5 knots and cruises at 20. The planning hull with skeg and 12,000 litres of fuel will take her owners to distant cruising grounds in speed and comfort with great directional stability.
While she is almost 29 metres overall and sleeps four crew in three cabins, the vessel falls under the 24 metre cutoff which allows registration as a pleasure vessel in many countries, minimizing expenses such as registration and crew requirements.
The Grande 95RPH is the Grande line’s first model since it was incorporated into the Azimut family, which now includes five collections: Atlantis, Magellano, Flybridge, S, and of course – Grande.
Simpson Marine has sold the world’s first Azimut 95 RPH in June and it will arrives in HK in late Oct after showcase at Cannes Boat Show.
